I love the teetering back and forth between the object of one’s love being a she, then a he, and back again. Not as a woke statement about fluidity of genders. I love it because it gives me a feeling of uncertainty, a feeling of never knowing what comes next, which is how falling in love feels, and yes, how life is, if you pay close attention. But especially it feels how the middle feels, with its ambiguities, its uncertainties, and its ever-present threat of danger of collapse. It feels like dynamic equilibrium, in a constant state of near change, near collapse.
Thank you. Great song. Made me laugh. Totally real life.
I can’t hum this.
The end is always *delicious* *delicious* *delicious* *delicious* *delicious* *delicious* *delicious* *delicious* *delicious* *delicious* *delici … —
I’d say that the beginning is splendid and the end is tragic…and the middle could be a mid-life crisis.

and so it goes...
If only we didn’t over think it. It could just keep getting better and better.
Or love.
Story, yes! Beginning, middle, and end. The middle being the beautiful ambiguity of "And there you are." A little gem. Amen.
Great combination! You and Arkadi Duchin. Keep it up.🙏 Good story..
Why always fatal? Doesn‘t has to be, has it? Sorry, I‘m old and sentimental.
This is not a song . . . It is not even the text of a song . . .
But I appreciate your artistic effort.
